Whats included with your comfy care plan

Your comfy care plan includes one service every 12 months carried out by one of our friendly expert gas safe registered engineers. 

By signing up to the comfy care plan, the stress of keeping your boiler manufacturers warranty valid, is simply taken care of. The plan enables you to spread the cost of your service over the year (£6/month), and we’ll contact you to arrange your service one month before it is due - so you don’t have to worry about a thing. When you sign up to the comfy care plan, our minimum term is a 12 month commitment, but we're confident you'll build a great relationship with us for years to come.

comfy care plan does not cover the repair or replacement of:

• Your boiler (repairs to your boiler are covered under your manufacturer boiler warranty)
• Your controls, flue or flue terminal
• Your gas supply pipe
• Your central heating system or radiators
• Your network or smart-enabled devices
• Any parts that directly supply a swimming pool
• Air or ground source heat pumps
• Systems or controls for underfloor or outdoor heating
• Showers or taps

Full heating protection with your warm care plan

(This plan is suited to those that have valid and remaining manufacturers warranty on their boiler)

If your boiler is still under warranty, our warm care plan ensures the rest of your central heating system won’t leave you in the cold.

Take out your warm care plan and, combined with your boiler’s manufacturer warranty, you’ll have complete protection from any fault to your central heating system.

As well as an annual service inspection for your boiler, the warm care plan will protect you against any damage to your radiators, pipes, pumps, motorised valve, hot water feed and expansion tank.

….And all for just £8 per month!

That’s just £2 more than our comfy care plan, which only provides you with an annual inspection of your boiler.

Our Service Plan includes one service every 12 months carried out by one of our friendly Gas Safe Engineers. 

By signing up to our warm care plan, you take the stress out of keeping your boiler warranty valid whilst also taking care of your central heating system. Our plans enable you to spread the cost of your service over the year (£8/month), and we’ll contact you to arrange your service one month before it is due - so you don’t have to worry about a thing. When you sign up to the warm care plan, our minimum term is a 12 month commitment, but we're confident you'll build a great relationship with us for years to come.

Care for your boiler with our cosy care plan

Our cosy care plan includes one service every 12 months carried out by one of our friendly expert gas safe registered engineers. 

As well as an annual service inspection for your boiler, the cosy care plan will protect you against any breakdowns to your boiler or controls.

By signing up to our cosy care plan, you take the stress out of heating your home. Our plan enables you to spread the cost over the year (£14/month), which includes 3 engineer callouts annually, parts charged at list price and we’ll even contact you to arrange your service one month before it is due - so you don’t have to worry about a thing. When you sign up to the cosy care plan, our minimum term is a 12 month commitment, but we're confident you'll build a great relationship with us for years to come.

Your full cover shnugg care plan package

Want unlimited call-outs, no excess and complete peace of mind? Get our shnugg care plan for just £19 per month.

Our shnugg care plan includes one service every 12 months carried out by one of our friendly expert gas safe registered engineers. 

As well as an annual service inspection for your boiler, the shnugg care plan will protect you against any breakdowns to your boiler, controls, central heating system and even contribute £500 towards a new boiler if your existing one is beyond economical repair.

By signing up to our shnugg care plan, you take the stress out of heating your home. Our plan enables you to spread the cost over the year (£19/month), which includes unlimited engineer callouts annually, parts included and we’ll even contact you to arrange your service one month before your boiler service is due - so you don’t have to worry about a thing. When you sign up to the full cover shnugg care plan, our minimum term is a 12 month commitment, but we're confident you'll build a great relationship with us for years to come.
