By signing up to the landlords comfy care plan, the stress of keeping your boiler manufacturers warranty valid, is simply taken care of. The plan enables you to spread the cost of your service over the year (£6/month), and we’ll contact you to arrange your service one month before it is due - so you don’t have to worry about a thing. When you sign up to the landlords comfy care plan, our minimum term is a 12 month commitment, but we're confident you'll build a great relationship with us for years to come.

If your boiler is still under warranty, our landlords warm care plan ensures the rest of your central heating system won’t leave your property in the cold.
Take out your landlords warm care plan and, combined with your boiler’s manufacturer warranty, you’ll have complete protection from any fault to your central heating system.
As well as an annual service inspection for your boiler, the landlords warm care plan will protect you against any damage to your radiators, pipes, pumps, motorised valve, hot water feed and expansion tank.

Choosing the right care plan can be confusing, so if you’re not sure about anything or have questions that need answering, take a look at our full FAQ section.
If you have a plan with another provider but want to switch to one of our plans, then you'll need to contact your existing provider and cancel your plan. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with their cancellation policy prior to any cancellations.
All of our gas safe registered engineers are full time and employed by shnugg, we do not contract any gas work to other companies.
It only takes a few minutes to sign up to our care plans. If you haven't had your boiler installed by us, you'll be required to have an appointment made so one of our gas safe registered engineers can service/assesss your boiler, once completed we will confirm your care plan is live.
All our contracts last for 12 months from the date they've been accepted and go live on our system.
We'll then be in touch when your renewal day gets closer, at this point you can either cancel the plan or we'll automatically renew the care plan you were previously on.
We alwaus try to maintain availability within our workforce of highly trained gas safe engineers. Therefore, we always endeavour to offer the earliest possible appointment - this is usually within 24 hours.
During extremely busy times, this might not always be possible, but we will prioritise you and always keep you informed.
Your contract officially starts on the day you sign up. If your boiler wasn't installed by us and this is the first time we have covered your boiler, we will require an engineer to visit and service/assess the age and condition. They will then confirm to our office that your boiler has passed the assesment and your cover starts. We'll then send over a confirmation and a renewal date reminder.
